Exceptional customer service. I was given a comprehensive test drive. The car was reserved for me over the weekend so that I was not rushed to make a decision. Paper work and car exchange handled expertly, with the extra difficulty of importing my car. Always helpful and accommodating. Joost is just a joy to work with. Wonderfull experience.

From a technical perspective, it had an excellent maintenance service. The lady at the counter, on the other hand, was not friendly. Had an awkward tone, explained little or nothing, which made much initially unclear and behaved irritably towards other customers in the presence of other customers. Had a bad experience.

Very kind service!!! Much appreciated. I was treated kindly on the telephone. All my questions were answered promptly and even afterwards I was called back for more information. When I finally arrived for a test drive, I only noticed that the car was 3 doors instead of 5 doors. Dear Marcel, he didn't just let me leave. While I was going to the toilet, he quickly looked for a list of similar cars in my area. An extra little effort that I really appreciate. Thank you Marcel 🙏

Basically looking for a new lease car. Beautiful showroom. Nice help and good explanation. Cars were all allowed to open, sit, try, starting yourself from the dashboard was possible. Great dealer!

It will never be 100% good, but the fact that our vehicles have been maintained by Wolters for many years says enough. The service is fine. Whether it concerns major maintenance or replacing a broken light. For the time being, I will continue to go there, even though a new car is slowly becoming unaffordable. But yes, that is the case with every dealer.
